Expansion of the scope of work

In July, MSI Energy specialists resolved a number of issues related to the expansion of the scope of work on the repair of gas turbine drives of the АИ-336, Д-336 type at the MSI Energy production site directly on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Д-336 and АИ-336 gas turbine drives have a 6.3 MW capacity and are utilised as drives for gas pumping and gas lift units. Can also be used as drives for oil pumping units. Gas turbine drives have a modular design; this design consists of several separate modules that can be easily assembled, disassembled, replaced, or upgraded. Modular design has a number of advantages over traditional design, such as:

• increased reliability and efficiency. The modular design allows for optimal parameters for each module and also ensures better compatibility and consistency between modules. The modular design also simplifies diagnostics and troubleshooting, as the faulty module can be easily identified and replaced.
• reduction of costs and time for maintenance and repairs. The modular design allows maintenance and repair of individual modules without the need to dismantle the entire gas turbine drive. The modular design also reduces the time and resources required to transport and store spare parts.
• increased flexibility and adaptability. The modular design allows the gas turbine drive to be easily adapted to various operating conditions, such as changes in temperature, pressure, humidity, pollution, etc. The modular design also makes it easier to upgrade and improve the gas turbine drive, as modules can be added, removed, or replaced to suit new requirements or technologies.
